42 DETERMINISTIC RULES 3 DEMO RUNS / HR

// THE RIGHTLISTED MANIFESTO

Buyers don't search in dictionary definitions. They search in desire.

Traditional translation converts your words; Rightlisted gets you found. We believe in absolute grounding—never inventing a claim you can't verify—backed by 42 deterministic rules. One product. Nine platforms. Verified, high-intent listings in seconds.

// PIPELINE

Photo in. Verified listing out.

Three steps, no shop connection at any point. A manual process that takes 20 minutes, completed in an average of 11.4 seconds with Rightlisted.

STEP_01

Describe in your own words.

Upload the product shots you already have and write what it is in any language. The engine reads dozens of languages.

STEP_02

Research real buyer search.

Pick the target platform and market. Rightlisted rebuilds the title, description and tags around the phrases real buyers type there.

STEP_03

Grounding & validation checks.

Every listing runs through 42 deterministic checks. Copy it out, or download a CSV — a Pinterest pin and Instagram caption come with it.

// COVERAGE

Nine platforms. One upload.

Every platform has its own limits, tag counts and banned phrases — checked separately, not guessed.

🛍️ Etsy 5 rules
🇺🇸 Amazon US 8 rules
🇩🇪 Amazon DE 8 rules
🏷️ eBay 4 rules
🏬 Walmart 4 rules
🎵 TikTok Shop 3 rules
🛒 Shopify 4 rules
📌 Pinterest 4 rules
📸 Instagram 3 rules

Amazon US and Amazon DE run the same 8-rule set against two different market outputs, not two separate rule sets — plus 7 shared grounding checks that apply before any platform-specific ones. That's 42 distinct rules total, not a straight sum of the badges above.

// SELLER WORDS vs BUYER SEARCHES

Same product. One of these gets found.

Both descriptions are accurate. Only one is built from what buyers actually type into the search box.

SAMPLE INPUT — one photo, nothing else

BEFORE — written by the seller

Handmade Colourful Shoulder Bag Woman Beautiful Gift

baghandmadecolourfulgift

Accurate, and almost invisible: "shoulder bag woman" and "beautiful" aren't how buyers search. Four tags out of thirteen used.

AFTER — rebuilt for Etsy US search

Granny Square Crochet Bag, Colorful Crochet Shoulder Bag with Adjustable Strap, Retro Boho Knit Purse, Y2K Festival Bag for Women

granny square bagcrochet shoulder bagcolorful crochet bagy2k bagfestival bag+8 more

Front-loaded with the phrase buyers type, all 13 tag slots used, every claim traceable to what the seller supplied.

Example output from the same engine the demo above runs. Sample photos, not customer listings.

// SUSPENSION SAFETY

The words that get shops suspended.

Sellers rarely get suspended for bad grammar. They get suspended for a genericized trademark or a regulated health claim they didn't know was regulated.

128

Genericized trademarks

Velcro, Onesie, Teflon, Kevlar, Styrofoam — legally protected, used daily as if they weren't.

138

Brand names

Disney, Nike, Pokémon and the rest of the list that gets POD listings pulled.

76

Regulated claims

"FDA approved", "antibacterial", "non-toxic", "eco-friendly" — legally controlled language.

45

Banned promo phrases

"Best seller", "free shipping", "100% guaranteed" — banned in Amazon titles and bullets.

Screened against 386 restricted terms

The engine is never allowed to introduce one of these terms on its own. If you wrote it yourself it passes through — it's your product and your call — but anything the engine adds is checked against the full list before you see it.

To be exact about what this is: a curated blocklist maintained by us, not a live USPTO or EUIPO search. It catches the terms that most commonly get listings suppressed. It is not legal trademark clearance, and it doesn't replace your own check on a brand-new brand name. A handful of terms span more than one category (e.g. a phrase that's both a regulated claim and banned promo language), so the four category counts add up to slightly more than the master list total.

// FAQ

Before you ask.

Will it invent claims about my product?

No. Generation is constrained to the details you enter, and every output is checked against them mechanically. Try the live demo above — turn an attribute off and watch the word disappear.

Do I have to connect my shop?

No. Upload photos, paste your description, copy the result out yourself. Rightlisted never receives access to your shop account.

Is Starter or Pro Seller billable today?

Not yet — paid checkout isn't built. Free tier (3 credits, no card) already works today; paid plans currently collect a waitlist email.
