Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover use of Rightlisted's website, live demo, listing generator, and free grading tool. By using any part of the service you agree to them.
What Rightlisted is
Rightlisted takes a product photo and a description you provide and generates marketplace listing text (titles, descriptions, tags, and related fields) for platforms including Etsy, Amazon US, Amazon DE, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Pinterest, and Instagram. Every output is checked against a deterministic rule set before it's returned to you.
Grounding, not guarantees
Rightlisted is built to never state a product attribute (such as "handmade" or "genuine leather") that you didn't provide. That said, you are responsible for reviewing generated listings before publishing them on any marketplace — Rightlisted checks format and consistency with your input, not legal compliance with every marketplace's evolving policies or your local commerce regulations.
Credits and billing
- The Free tier includes 3 credits with no card required.
- Starter, Pro Seller, and Top-up plans are not currently billable — no payment processor is connected yet. Joining a waitlist does not create a financial obligation.
- When paid plans launch, pricing and terms at that time will be presented before any charge occurs.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Rightlisted to generate listings for counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods.
- Don't attempt to abuse the demo rate limits or reverse-engineer the service to bypass credit usage.
- You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload and of the listing text generated for you.
No shop connection
The current version of Rightlisted does not connect to or modify your marketplace seller accounts. You copy generated text out and publish it yourself — Rightlisted has no access to and takes no responsibility for your live listings, orders, or seller standing.
Service availability
Rightlisted is an early-stage product. Features, pricing, and rule sets may change as marketplace policies change (we update the rule set when a platform changes its limits — for example, the Amazon title length update reflected on the Capabilities page). We'll aim to communicate material changes but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability at this stage.
Limitation of liability
Rightlisted is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from listings you publish based on generated content, marketplace policy violations, or service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
