This policy explains what Rightlisted collects when you use the demo, the app, or sign up for the waitlist, and what we do with it. We built Rightlisted around not storing more than we need, so this is short by design.

What we collect

• Product photos and descriptions you upload to generate a listing or try the live demo. These are sent to our listing engine to produce output and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• Email address if you join a waitlist (Starter, Pro Seller, or Top-up plans) — stored so we can notify you when paid plans open.
• Basic usage data (IP address, timestamps) used only to enforce the demo rate limit (3 runs per hour) and keep the service stable. This is not linked to an account or sold to anyone.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not connect to or access your marketplace seller accounts — there is no shop integration in the current version of Rightlisted.
• We do not use your product photos to train models beyond what's required to generate your own listing in that request.

Third-party processing

Listing generation is processed via a third-party AI API (Anthropic) to produce text output from your photo and description. No other analytics or advertising trackers are embedded in this site beyond what's disclosed here.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any waitlist email or data associated with your usage at any time by emailing us at hello@rightlisted.com. We'll act on the request within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of Rightlisted after an update means you accept the revised policy.
