// EU & UK PRODUCER REGISTRATION

Which countries are you selling into unregistered?

Six questions. You get the obligations your products trigger, the official register that handles each one, and where the number goes on your marketplace.

What this does and does not do. It shows which obligation is triggered and where the official registration gate is. It is not legal advice, it does not tell you your position is settled, and it recommends no provider. Every rule shows the source it came from and the date it was last checked, so you can verify it yourself.

What leaves your browser. The calculation runs here — your answers are never sent to us and nothing is stored. Like every page on this site, this one loads Google Analytics, which receives how many countries you picked and which product category and marketplace you chose. Never your country list, and never anything that identifies you.
01 What do you sell? The closest match. Some obligations exist only for certain product types.
02 Does it ship in packaging? A box, a mailer, tape, filler — packaging obligations turn on this, not on the product.
03 Does it contain a battery or electronics? Tick both if both apply. A lamp with a battery triggers two separate registers.
04 Where do you ship from? This decides whether you need a representative established in the destination country.
05 Which countries do you sell to? Pick every destination. A country you do not pick is never assessed.
06 Where do you sell, and as what? The marketplace decides where the number goes. Trader status decides whether GPSR applies.
Your answers stay in your browser — no account, no database.

This tool reports which registration obligation a set of answers triggers, and which authority operates the register. It is not legal advice and creates no professional relationship. Rules change, and a rule shown here reflects only what its named source said on the date shown beside it. Verify against the authority before acting, and take advice where the answer matters.
