Do I need an authorised representative to sell to Germany?

Yes, if the products you send to Germany fall inside this stream. Registration goes to Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (ZSVR). ZSVR: “If your company is not established in Germany, you are required to appoint an authorised representative to fulfil your extended producer responsibility in Germany.” You will be asked for: Authorised representative appointment (representative registers on the producer's behalf).
